Welcome to ELLEAURE. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ELLEAURE website and purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order with ELLEAURE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

ELLEAURE is an online jewelry brand operated from Denmark.

Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
ELLEAURE products are intended for personal consumer use unless otherwise agreed.
Products
We aim to describe and display every ELLEAURE product as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product photographs, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and production variations.
Measurements and dimensions may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Materials, plating, stones and other product characteristics will be described on the relevant product page based on the information available to ELLEAURE.
Because many jewelry products include plating or surface finishes, appearance may naturally change over time depending on wear, storage, moisture, cosmetics, chemicals and individual use.
Normal wear does not automatically constitute a product defect. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly described or does not conform to the contract.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available through the ELLEAURE storefront.
Any taxes that ELLEAURE is legally required to collect will be handled according to applicable law.
Before an order is submitted, you will be shown the total amount charged by ELLEAURE, including any mandatory ELLEAURE charges applicable to the transaction.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before the order is completed.
Customs duties, import taxes or other government charges may apply to international shipments depending on the destination, origin and shipping method. Where these charges are not prepaid or collected by ELLEAURE, they may be payable separately in accordance with local law.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment and any applicable fraud or security checks.
ELLEAURE may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
the product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorized;
fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
delivery to the destination is not possible;
the transaction would violate applicable law; or
there is an obvious and material pricing or product-information error.
If ELLEAURE cancels an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
We will not cancel confirmed orders simply because we later decide that the advertised price was commercially inconvenient.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary according to country, currency and device.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other authorized payment providers.
ELLEAURE does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card information where payment information is processed directly by an authorized payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, estimated delivery information, tracking, international fulfillment and customs information are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Where applicable law gives you additional rights following a delayed or failed delivery, those rights remain unaffected.
For US orders in particular, sellers making shipping promises must have a reasonable basis for them and must provide legally required delay/cancellation remedies if the promised shipping timeline cannot be met.
Returns and Withdrawal
Change-of-mind returns, withdrawal rights, refund procedures and exclusions are covered by the separate ELLEAURE Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms restricts mandatory withdrawal rights.
EU online consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an item is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact ELLEAURE.
These situations are handled under our Warranty, Defects & Complaints Policy and applicable consumer law rather than solely under our voluntary return rules.
Consumers in the EU benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform as advertised.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms displayed with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases;
may have geographical, product or time restrictions; and
may not be combinable with other offers.
ELLEAURE may withdraw or modify a promotion before an order is placed, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed qualifying transaction.
Intellectual Property
The ELLEAURE name, branding, logos, graphics, website design, original photography, written content and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to ELLEAURE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, modify or use ELLEAURE intellectual property without authorization.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Reviews and Customer Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to ELLEAURE, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
You grant ELLEAURE permission to display and use that content in connection with the store and its marketing where legally permitted.
ELLEAURE will not require customers to waive their right to provide honest reviews or penalize them for lawful negative reviews.
US federal law specifically prohibits standardized consumer-contract terms that penalize or prohibit honest consumer reviews.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the ELLEAURE website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, platform updates, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable law prevents such limitation, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELLEAURE will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
ELLEAURE will not be responsible for delay caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe carrier disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs disruption, war, major infrastructure failures or similar events.
We will nevertheless comply with any mandatory cancellation, refund or delivery obligations that continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
If you are a consumer residing outside Denmark, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws that cannot contractually be excluded in your country of residence.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts or consumer-dispute bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
ELLEAURE may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable law.
The version applicable to your purchase is normally the version in effect when your order was placed.
